Terms & Conditions

 

  • For all airport pickups we include 45 minutes waiting time free after the flight has landed, and there after a waiting fee of £25 per hour will be applied.
  • If a pickup is from a residential address or business address, we allow up to 10 minutes waiting time from the which passenger has made the booking for and thereafter a waiting fee of £25 per hour will be applied.
  • This means our fares are based on the direct trip where the passenger is ready to travel at the time of booking at the location as previously specified.
  • No reservation is considered as accepted until confirmed by phone or email and the passenger has been issued with a reference number.
  • All credit/debit cards are subject to an additional 5% charge.
  • An additional surcharge of 50% of the price listed on our website may be added to a journey cost for the the following dates: 24, 25, 26, 31 December as well as 1st of January.
  • If a passenger has to make a stop during a journey, or make any other diversion on the way, there may be additional charges (minimum £5) applied. 

 

Refund Policy

 

  • A refund will be issued on the following grounds:
  • If the passenger misses a flight and has informed us in advance either by phone or by email providing a cancellation number/reference is obtained.

 

Cancellations

 

  • For pickups from Kensington and Chelsea, a cancellation with over 30 minutes until the pickup time is free, othewise a minimum fee of £8 will apply. 
  • For Gatwick , Luton and Stanstead airports, a cancellation with over 3 hours until the pickup time is free, otherwise this will incur the full booking fee.
  • For Heathrow and City airports, a cancellation with over 1 hour until the pickup time is free, otherwise this will incur the full booking fee.
    • If the passenger leaves the airport or any other agreed pickup address without contacting our office on +44 20 7244 6555 to locate the driver, the full booking fee will be applied.
